Gateway Health, a managed care organisation, has named Rhonda Curry as its new chief human resources officer, it was reported on Thursday.
In the new role, Curry will manage all associate relations and engagement programs, training and development, and will be responsible for all cultural initiatives as the company enters a new phase of transformation. She will also build upon the company's present talent and recruitment strategies, improving approaches for personnel growth in the state of Pennsylvania.
Prior to Gateway, Curry was the vice president of Human Resources at Hornets Sports & Entertainment. Curry also supported a diverse and inclusive workforce by implementing several diversity and leadership development programs. This resulted in significant increases in hiring and promotional opportunities for women and people of colour.
